If u buy, how to sell? With so low volume it`s dead fish floating around, no life.

Debt? Non-profitable? No transparency? Founders past? I`m not saying it can`t be done - though they have to make several changes, IMO. I was once a fan of it, still thinks a vegan-business is a good idea; yet the implementation of how hey conduct business is not promoting investor confidence.

So why wouldn't the outsiders run this shit up

WHY is management None - Shareholders? And directors etc (all insiders) - only retail investors is no good

32% Minus the past month - it`s not positive. Rumor/credibility management is not working as the stock reflects the markets lack of confidence in the management and company itself; to much debts, compared to the revenue.

Long way to profitability - especially with the recent NewCo deal
- no transparency, why?

At the end of the day, the past mistakes are catching up big time.

A strong loss, 25%, the various risk factors are gaining momentum again.

"The investigation led to Dollinger’s termination for breaches of fiduciary duty and self-dealing related to the sale of Namaste’s U.S. division in 2017." It`s hard with this in your history to gain some confidence again, and with "Cayman Island setup a shell company" part of PlantX it`s downhill IMO.

Time will tell, yet when listing pro and cons, not much is in PlantX favor (explains also why they have NO insider shareholdings!) Do your own research, as always.

Low trading volume and a strange share consolidation (1/34), is not beneficial for us.
Recent news in April and so on, has not given the stock a push, very alarming sign.

What is also a potential red flagg - the purpose of PlantX has changed.
Going back to see the purpose of the company - and see what it says
today, is two completly different things.

Market Trends: Increasing awareness of health, plant-based diets, sustainability is driving demand for PlantX's products - the question is what will happen when we hit a stronger recession, will demand keep up when we all get a tougher economy?

Expansion: PlantX has expanded internationally and opened several stores. Their growth strategy can affect their losses - to much, to fast. The agressive M&A, has already forced them to sell of several assets (see the NewCom post)

Competition: Competition in plant-based products is intense. PlantX must continue to differentiate itself and offer unique products to strengthen its position. As the finances are not good, there is no funds to change anymore. Borrow to more debt?

Be aware some information is not updated from the company, one of the
investor presentations are 1 year old and the second one is 2 years old.

Example; is this 59,603 stock options outstanding and the 2.24 M warrants outstanding up to date..? I don`t think so, as all the markets cap numbers changed with 1/34 share split!

Trying to get answers, yet no reply from the company, disappointing.

In my view it`s getting a bit to much questions on the companies actions in this year.
It do not create investor confidence.

What is PlantX today - it`s assets are now;

Boombox Club Ltd., PlantX Midwest Inc., PlantX Israel and Score Enterprises Ltd., which operates the Squamish, British Columbia based Locavore Bar & Grill, the Cloudburst Cafe and Locavore Food Truck.

Assets SOLD, see below;

Vegaste Technologies US Corp., Little West LLC, Plant Based Deli LLC, and PlantX Living Inc., and the Company's 53% interest in Portfolio Coffee, Inc. and 51% interest Eh Coffee Corp.

Ownership Stake: Following the transaction, PlantX is expected to own approximately 60% of NewCo’s issued and outstanding shares, subject to adjustments based on the NewCo Financing.

Consequences (potential) as a lack of information; do PlantX loose 40% of it`s market value? Also 40% of it`s revenue and cashflow. Lack of transparency on the deal, creates further doubt about the PlantX stock.

S Dollinger facts; when search on this three words, you get various hits. One of the hits standing out is (search with AI help on the search box);

Sean Dollinger, the former CEO of Namaste Technologies Inc., was abruptly ousted from his position after the company completed an internal investigation prompted by short-seller allegations in October.

The investigation led to Dollinger’s termination for breaches of fiduciary duty and self-dealing related to the sale of Namaste’s U.S. division in 2017.

This are not only rumours, it`s facts. As are the severe damages to the SP, when it became public information. Do your own due diligence on this matter, as it has a strong connection to the PlantX history, today`s low market cap, high debt etc.

As part of the formation of NewCo, Mr. Dollinger will become its CEO and was
issued 1.0 million common shares of NewCo as partial compensation
for services to be provided (the "Dollinger Shares"

This is very blurry, looked into the filings of PlantX, yet no information clarifying.
Retail investors are paying for the transaction, as OS is 98-99% and free float.

As I read the article over again, I cant help see the paralells to the Namaste - deal,
he is (Dollinger) taking a huge chunk of the Cayman Island
shell company (1M of total 6M).

This is going to be NewCo, not PlantX over time - that`s IMO the plan.
Time will tell, yet as it is a significant transformation on the company -
one could expect more and detailed information on the new deal.

Clarification on the previous post; Revenue is NOT TAXED money - so you have to
take that into account, in case you did not knew this fact.

To be specified, I took the latest "Earnings" numbers as well;

Earnings Per Share ttm -5,382.40

Most Recent Earnings $ -0.48

As shown, the minus (-) is large, to large if one see to the overall picture.
Even if the revenue grows - and the costs reduced a few percent, it`s far
from enough as one has total expenses significantly higher then income.
Do the math and see for yourself, all numbers are in the filings to check.

Some facts, on the present situation;

During Q3 2024, the Company demonstrated growth, still, with revenue only totaling $ 9,184,678, and a net loss of $ 5,699,913 - it`s far from becoming profitable.

Five investment rounds and a high debt is the highly concerning reality.

Management shares; Individual Insiders 0.208% about 2000 shares in total.

If there is no real insider buying of shares, it`s a red flag. It shows no confidence in the company - if you don`t backup with money, it`s empty words.

Cayman Islands, Dollinger started NewCo (a shell cooperation) in exchange for 6.0 million common shares of NewCo.

PlantX has agreed to exchange a collection of PlantX assets including wholly owned subsidiaries Vegaste Technologies US Corp., Little West LLC, Plant Based Deli LLC, and PlantX Living Inc., and the Company's 53% interest in Portfolio Coffee, Inc. and 51% interest Eh Coffee Corp.

With cross-owning ( PlantX owning 60% of NewCo ) one uses a way to exchange assets (value) between the two companies, in order to reduce insight to the actual transactions controlled by Dollinger and the PlantX company.

I`m reducing my shares in the company, will sell all asap as the company are of interest to the regulatory authorities - the same/similar scandal appears to be investigated, as the Dollinger - Namaste insider crime 2019. Here is the full article;

As one can say this is now and yesterday was in the past - we can`t deny the past is
coming to life again, as recent events will probably be a legal concern.

"Sean Dollinger and Namaste’s head of marketing David Hughes have a beneficial interest, as well as breaches of fiduciary duty by Sean Dollinger and evidence of self-dealing. The company said it is also taking legal action against Dollinger for damages and disgorgement.

Citron accused Namaste in saying it was planning on listing on NASDAQ in order to bring in investors. “Fake claim of a Nasdaq Listing to get investors to buy the stock. Mr. Dollinger has promised investors a Nasdaq listing and the simple
takeaway that comes with it, a higher share price on the back of an up-listing.”

Next, it claimed there was an issue with the sale of Dollinger Enterprises US, which it seems turned out to be true. “With the hope of obtaining the NASDAQ listing on Nov 28, 2017, Namaste announced that it divested of its US assets, Dollinger Enterprises US Inc.

Just to be clear, Dollinger said he sold this asset to an arm’s length party… but it was really sold to David Hughes who has been with Namaste since Feb 2015 (and Paul Burn who has been with Namaste since 2016) – can investors trust anything Dollinger says going forward?

Namaste has lied to its shareholders, Canadian Regulators, US Regulators; and most of all has attempted to hide US assets from the Justice Department in an attempt to obtain a US listing.”

New information has come out, that S Dollinger is not playing a fair game.

The recent share deal 1/34 is not beneficial for retail investors -
and no explanations has come out on why was it set up in this way?

A clear pressrelease on the fact of the matter, so all can take part and
understand - now it`s smoke and mirrors, why share price will probably
continue to fall, as more retail investors come to see trough this.

Certain things taking place lately, makes me for now to be more carefull... I do simply need to check in to new developments/troubles?

94,8% right now and we are only started - though it`s very far away from it`s target price of 3,5 dollars... how crazy will it get... or should we ask ourself, how crazy was we who did not see there has to be some truth in the calculation.

With this, a tenbagger do not feel like a overvaluation any more; it would be about 30 cent... still dirtcheap. Let`s see how this unfolds.

The Bounce is in - let`s see how high it goes today; 24% up at the time of writing.

Who will buy the dip? Check the chart and "technical opinion" -

Planting a seed.

Risk-reward ratio, why it`s matter; all of us has dreamt about a tenbagger.
Still, if we manage to get a double, 100% gain, we are rather happy

To put in context; with a share price low as PlantX Life currently have, there
is a opportunity to reach a tenbagger, probably better odds then I ever seen.

17000% (see post 693) is a 170X... sure, it`s amazing - yet, 10X is very good

100% ROI; everything else on the plus side is a bonus, it`s a working mindset.

Go to any chart site and check the information on this stock technical chart.

February 2 the previous rally started on 0,01 and ended 12 March on 0,0388,
close to 400% run on one event/news.

From the top on March 12, it came down 8 days later to 0,02 and been in consolidation phase since then - hovering between 0,02 and 0,03 about.

With the small caps stocks, it can be quick moves - 400% as the first time, might be beaten on next major event/pressrelease.

Way to profitability, I wish they had such a video or pressrelease. Even though you can calculate yourself; revenue, margin etc - it`s still would be good with a clarification from the company itself.

At the end of the year, there is a chance we can be really close to profitable,
if the current trend continues and moreover with gain some addional speed.

Time will tell, the steps to increase efficensy is in place and time is on our side.
