EXPLANATORY NOTE

We are filing this Amendment No. 1 on Form SD/A to amend our Form SD for the reporting period January 1 to December 31, 2022 as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 31, 2023. The sole purpose of this Amendment No. 1 is to correct an inadvertent error in the section titled “Additional Source and Chain of Custody Due Diligence” of failing to fill-in the percentage of respondents from our Targeted Supplier Group that indicated 1 or more of their conflict minerals either originated in the Covered Countries or they were uncertain as to whether their conflict minerals originated in the Covered Countries.

Other than as expressly set forth above, this Amendment No. 1 does not, and does not purport to, amend, update, or restate the information in any item of the Form SD.
