Forian Inc (FORA) Share Price

FORA new 52 week hi

It is certainly interesting, and a bit sad. The Akerna thing is wild, and I don't see them holding on, just my take. Their entire cap is ~15M, they have what 20M is notes due soon and the current drop happened BEFORE they reminded shareholders of an upcoming split (their last press release I can find). I have to assume some really poor leadership on their behalf as well as at Forian. BioTrack, Forian's cannabis arm, has won multiple government contracts and converted some medical only into recreational markets, further expanding a foothold. Barely any mentions and zero company hype, despite what records show as positive growth at the company level. I'm holding on because of where I bought in, I'll be at a great enough loss anyway so riding for shits and giggles.

Hi. I don't know who is left. I haven't forgotten about it. I see that an analyst slapped a buy rating here with a $9 target a few weeks ago. Still very high p/s but stock is much higher than KERN, which just had to be eventually. But both dropped significantly.

I'm going to sit out longer, but they do seem to have a great growth rate and some cash. In this bear market, there are some great baragains out there, and I want 1,000 shares of QSR and a few other things. Can't grab this opportunity yet, but I haven't forgotten...

I noticed this forum seems to have somewhat dried up. I'm curious if things are about to shift in Forian's favor. In the last several months they seem to have won 2 more government contracts. I see metrc just won NJ, but it looks like their Biotrack arm has won the Florida and Connecticut tracking contracts. History seems to indicate they also gain a majority of the market share in areas they also do the gov side, so that's looking better. I ignored my shares and didn't prepare for such a plummet, so I'm looking to any good signs. :)

So now fora and mnmd are partnering in psychedelic therapeutics.
I would love hear some comment from some knowledgeable experts

It wasn't an RBC analyst who asked that first question. It was a financial advisor from RBC's wealth management group. It was kind of funny though that the first question was from anyone RBC related.

That kinda hurt. $2,000 down the drain for no reason, but it's all my fault. Again, nothing bad to say about FORA. I may be back.

I'll definitely keep this on my radar. I just wish it had an options market. That would make things so much better. Maybe in the future it will. I'd like to reserve a price that way.

CHMI is just a REIT that has a really good yield, and if interest rates slowly climb over the years, I think that will be good for them. But with the bond market seeing deflation fears, and the stock market worried about inflation, I don't know what the future holds.

I also wish we had analyst coverage like KERN. KERN just recently got a buy rating with a $7 target price. And they have an options market. In best case scenario, I'd love for KERN to come up to meet FORA so I could transfer KERN to FORA.

We'll see what the future brings.

A Transfer

I tempted to move my 1000 shares of FORA over to a buy of 1000 shares in CHMI. I just like that REIT. It is down with FORA and had a tough year recently. But it has a great dividend yield.

I don't have anything bad to say about FORA. I'm just liking the value of CHMI better and want a REIT. Wouldn't mind taking a little tax deduction here at FORA. I'm welcome somebody to talk me out of that.

I could be back. I really love everything I have. I just can't have everything I want yet. I also don't ever want to be a landlord again in the foreseeable future. I like the prospects of a no-maintenance good income stream from a hybrid REIT that's small like CHMI. And I slowly want to build that REIT up to $100,000 eventually. CHMI has less units and more everything else at this time.

It seems like FORA still has a lot of work to do to catch up to their valuation. They didn't really sound all that confident about our HLIX software between the lines to me, but I apprecaite this mgmt. honesty. I prefer honesty over telling me what I want to hear. It just sounds like they see a very competitive landscape, and our sales are still low for this market cap. Insiders do seem aligned now, and I don't know if this is the best decision. I just feel like CHMI is calling my name right now. I can't think of anything else I want to sell right now.

That's great! Honestly, I haven't even begun to look. I've been so distracted wtih other things. Work. Earnings released for TAST and NROM -- both yesterdya as well. And ARCO the day prior. I haven't read ARCO's conference call yet. Work has me swamped!

I need some time tonight or tomorrow morniing to sit down and just digest it all. FORA is fun. It's not even that maerial to me one way or another. Whatever happens, happens! It's interesting!!!!! I just like having 1000 shares here as my Cannabis space.

And that's very good that RBC is even interested. Just interest woudl have been enough, but as a shareholder, that's just icing on the cake. I'll have to read it later.

I've been buying up TAST today 3,000 share between two brokers bought today. Making that 6,000 total for me! Special one-time dividend of 41 cents announced. Margin compression, POPEYES comps down, missed revenue and earnings expectations, etc. etc. But analyst lowering targets with BUYS.


I love over-reaction in the market place! And I'm subtracting my .41 cent dividend mentally from my purchases today.

Now my margin debt is up to $37,000 on my Etrade acct. I don't know how Whatsup is going to pay for this. I'm starting to worry he's a bad account.

The first question on the earnings call was from a RBC analyst! Commenting positively on the Company’s progress
Go figure!?

Not that it matters but since earnings release is tomorrow I was looking on Yahoo Finance at FORA (Forian) to see a list of institutional investors and I see the Royal Bank of Canada owns 6,748 shares of Fora.

So maybe RBC buys all FORA stocks? (Toronto and Nasdaq?)

The RBC coverage and price target referenced is not on Forian. It is on Vertical Scope Holdings which trades under FORA on the TSX.

That's $24,000 in DEBT now. I actually find this WATER utility company more interesting than FORA. Both small caps, but PYCO is really really interesting. Real estate company in disguise. Selling the water! Now I'm in everything.

As we can see with my nemeses a fight ensued as he was offended by my envelope. Yet, I still came out the victor. The final negotiation at the tacky lamp table ended in me allowing the $14 contract extend to an additional 2 weeks rather than one for a net gain of $1,100 dollars. That's in addition to the $2,000 last week, so total $3,100 taken from bears just on this one $14 put contract alone.

Thus, the NET AGREEMENT is they can put an additional 1,000 shares to me at a NET price now that is $11 per share (rounded up in their favor for simple math.

That means the current avg. price of my current 1,000 shares has now dropped to NEGATIVE ($31.00). IFFF exercised, it bring in more shares at an average of NEGATIVE ($20) ish. So, it's impossible to lose this LONG fight.

Truth always prevails. It did not end well for my seedy business partner in this story if you saw the movie. He did, however, get some sucker punches in of his own, so my extortion was dropped from $2,000 in one week of his labor to $500 per week for the next two weeks. :) As long as he knows his place, which is under my thumb!

OS -- It's also good to note what the exact official audited count is as of 3-31-21 just prior to the PIPE:

29,824,424 shares.

So trustworthy market cap. Way more expensive than KERN is today. Right on target. On the time-stamped record, I said HLIX would be more expensive than KERN by the Summer of 2021. I didn't expect it to be this much more expensive. I said I dont know how it will happen, but it will happen. Either KERN drops or HLIX raises or some combination. So now FORA is expensive and KERN better valued perhaps.

I sure never saw it happening anything remotely like this at all. Nonetheless, truth comes out of the shake. And small barking dogs continue to bark. We have the cash Mr. Whats allegedly said he offered HLIX. Then changed his story and said his friend offered it, but HLIX walked away. No corroborating evidence of course.

And here we are with that cash. I guess they didn't like Mr. W and his friend. Might as well add that ending chapter to his fairy tale as we embark on a new journey! Ahead of KERN! Ownership in KERN as they fall as well, and had their crew pay me some royalties for all their smack talk over the years.

My prediction of how KERN and FORA will look next year: I have NO IDEA. Foggy seas ahead! But I'm very confident that it's going to be interesting. And this time, our PIPE investors are our hostages. If we lose, EVERYBODY LOSES to my understanding. As it should be.

Looks like there was a disagreement with Zac and Ogur over some shares but got resolved in all of this mess. A few lawsuits, but forward we go. With a plan. A high tech plan written in hieroglyphics. An intelligent road map of some sort.

10Q Review.

First, our troller is not being honest. Staying true to his form. Everybody that listened to him lost money. I know I for one made good money buying HLIX and selling higher at .20 and then .30. And every long that ignored him came out great at today's price. I should have never sold and been off better. And we never could get any corroborating time-stamps from you. Only thing on the record was shorting for losses and never covering on the record.

Whew. Now time for facts. They start with $12M, just what they said would happen. End the quarter with $10M cash. Then later in April, they do a PIPE deal for another $12M, which means they have about $20M in cash now even though that cash probably hasn't hit their coffers just yet but maybe it has. That's the good thing about PIPE's. Fast cash.

That's like KERN's war chest that they had when we were getting fleeced by predatory lenders. In my view. The BOD and accredited investors put up that money. So, the stock does look expensive to me. But very, very foggy also. A lot more than KERN. However, I love the vested interests and so I'm not worried.

So, we are EXPENSIVE with vested interests. To be fair. And that revenue is meaningless because it's not a full quarter. It's an increase to FORA, not HLIX, which I don't even know. That's just a fog to me on a skim.

BUT, have an excellent current ratio of 5. Thanks to all that cash. I could be unorthodox and throw in long term liabilities into that denominator and come out with a ratio of 3, which would still be excellent.

Then we have a nice professional conference call that got typed up fast. Meanwhile, I have a company called NROM that types up its conference call one every 3 years if you're lucky.

Talking in technical tongues, but at least HLIX understands that language. And we have a Gerard Heymann from RBC that asks questions. A professional. Unlike when Mr... Ahem -- the one I'm responding to, showed up to act up.

Intersting is all. Hopefully, confused analyst Alan doesn't come to our future conferences with his passive aggressive nonsense. HOpefully he stays far, far away and bothers Jessica and company at Kern instead.

I have a hunch lots of noise is going to come once all the dust settles here. As I said, I'm ready for show. With all that cash and now on Nasdaq, they can start moving aggressively like KERN I think. And maybe, just maybe, it can become a marginable stock and have an options market on it not too far off into the future. :)

1,000 shares of Fora owned now a $10.27. 1000 shares controlled in KERN, and 1000 shares owned in FORA. Let the cards fall where they fall. Both companies should have lots of cash and both acting agressively. Maybe they can get a fist fight or something. I don't care!

I'm getting an itchy trigger finger. I raised my bid to $9.81 this morning, but they moved up on me. So, I went back to to $9.01.

Reporter out next Monday. Should provide some clarity, but I expect lots of fog still.

One thing for sure, they should be flush with cash like KERN. I'd really like control of 1,000 shares in both for a few years at least. I have KERN under my control. Having both would be real nice! Have the market cornered, so to speak.

For me, I did nothing but watch and bought a little at 14.

Fora looks like it’s building a bit of a base now.. I would buy a little now…but you are the experienced trader. I just find an idea I like, I hold on until something proves me wrong. And you know I’m being patient now.

I remain patient waiting for what I think could be a new concept…

I don’t have a clue what they are doing but imagine researching outcomes data on MJ and other alternative treatments.
Comparing quality and treatment outcomes of many strains and product preparations.
Establishing quality standards for various therapeutics for the entire industry?

So basically, as others noted, HLIX did a reverse split and applied for Nasdaq listing and got it. But it's more complicated. HLIX had assets, and somebody merged into them.

Curiously, there is a similar story unfolding on a shell called STLY in my eyes. It was formerly Stanley Furniture. It's not an empty shell though. It's a shell company with lots of cash and interest-bearing assets, producing net profits from interest alone. Low share count. They just filed for a reverse split. It may be 1 for 10 or as high as 1 for 25. And then they are going to apply for Nasdaq.

It's hard to get shares there. I bought 10,000 shares at an avg. price of .62. I want to see how it plays out. My expectation is that some company will reverse merge into it as well, eventually. So if it goes Nasdaq, I would view that as similar to a SPAC in my eyes. It would have a low float. But unlike here, it would be a mysterious suitor in the future. And I love mystery gifts.

Just noting some parallels is all. I like the alignment of interests over there. There was a capital raise at .65 per share last year. Something's going on, and it has credible people and hard evidence of great assets in its filings. Check it out.

But don't drive the price up. If you want in, don't get in hire than me. Try to get in lower. Just for greed purposes only. And only if you have patience. Patience is a virtue!

I just want to get in FORA. It's the only thing I want that I don't have so far.

I did, however, just make a reservation for KERN at the $2.50 strike, buying a LEAP two years out. I didn't know they had an options market. That's a cheap time premium. Very cheap 24 cents to pay for that time value for that far out. That's a $2,000 cash outlay versus $4,000 for the common now. That takes care of my guaranteed 1,000 shares in KERN.

Now I just need 900 more shares of FORA at $9. I'm in at 100 shares at $14.45. You did the right thing just plowing through the smoke screen. You came out unscathed.

I had NO IDEA KERN had an options market on it. That means FORA most likely will in the future as well, being that they are on the Nasdaq now. That would be great.

$12 Million Capital Raise:

I just got my price. I just put a GTC order in after hours for 900 shares at 9.00. I'll pay 5 cents more than institutional buyers of share offering announced today:

Forian (NASDAQ:FORA) announces direct offering of 1.19M shares to institutional investors at an average purchase price of $10.21 per share, compared to the last close of $11.42.

Gross proceeds will be $12M.

It includes directors purchase of 560,461 shares at $11.33 per share; remaining 631,282 shares were bought by unaffiliated investors at $8.95 per share, representing ~15% discount.

The company says it expects to use the net proceeds for data acquisition, working capital and general corporate purposes.



I don't like anybody having shares cheaper than me. This doesn't sound like dillutive fund raising like Scott Ogur's abuse, giving people the right to sell at any price. For that, Scott Ogur made it to my #$#@5 list.

I'll go with $9 IFFFFF I can get my price. A BIG IFFF. That would bring me at 1,000 shares IFFF I get my 900 share ask. That's my only endorsement of a price point for these foggy waters.

I do like the fact that new mgmt. has spent an exhorbitant amount on an infrastructure that's over my head. That means they are serious about something.

And IFFFF I get my price, I'm going to match it with another 900 shares of KERN. And then I'll be done, and I'm going to get some popcorn, and just sit back and watch the show.

I was curious after your post and did a quick search, and got a laugh at my results. Just for some humor, you are incorrect, Whatsup...

Zac is listed on the 10k.

He is listed in 2 different sections. He is listed under the pending lawsuits as defendant. and he appears to also be the only listed exception to the non-solicitation clause. So I'm interpreting that as him being the only one they are ok with being solicited away from the company without needing to wait the 6 month requirement. That is a little funny and telling. I am thinking it means there might be a transition away from his advising sooner than later, to you point though. I may be interpreting that slightly wrong, as it's not my forte, but listing a specific employee, in otherwise boilerplate language is something I'm a little thrown by.

Perhaps there are good things to come if they can get real leadership in soon and make us a few $.
