Do you know how it’s paid,most send a letter of agreement to sign,option to reinvest in more shares or confirm address and identity to send a check after you send proof,they don’t send your broker cash to put in your account ,might depend on broker ,another question for ppls broker

the ticker will trade on the grey market until the revocation order becomes final. after that there is very little chance that you would ever be able to sell them again.

ohh okay so by now Graphite became a private company and not public anymore? do you think that soon we will be able to sell our shares or never until they become public again?

it means the ticker will cease to exist and those still holding shares will be holding shares in essentially a private company. there will be no market in which to sell shares.

Can you briefly tell me what revokes is and what happens to investor's shares or money? I kind of read something about investors but didn't understand.

This isn’t a trip that takes 500m to move a couple tics, it can move 5-10+ tics on just 150m volume. I believe next key resistance if even much is at 0012/.0013 area, as it traded a good % on the day it moved like 300% on under 200m if I recall. .0004 to .0019 or something in like 30 minutes

Someone’s been accumulating, not sure who. Slowly clearing out sellers under .001 before taking it up looks to be strategy imo. All I know is this moves hard it moves fast and volume on either news, filings, or speculation sends this up in a big way. Appears .0007’s are nearly gone now.
