"We may from time to time, depending on market conditions and prices, contractual restrictions, our financial liquidity and other factors, seek to repurchase the 2024 Notes in open market transactions, privately negotiated transactions, by tender offer or otherwise, as market conditions warrant.

As described above, on September 10, 2021, we exchanged $112.8 million of the 2024 Notes for $114.7 million of newly issued 2028 Notes, reflecting a call premium of 1.688%. We incurred debt issuance costs of $4.2 million, of which $2.3 million of third-party debt modification costs are reflected in operating expenses for the current period, $0.8 million is deferred with the Delayed Draw 2028 Notes, and $1.1 million, along with $3.0 million from the exchanged 2024 Notes, is being amortized as part of the effective yield on the 2028 Notes."

I remember you, and thanks for the compliment.

I got out of it, because SALM's B.O.D. & management got rid of the dividend... It once was .065 per share!!! Then it went to .025, and ultimately no dividend. I think the hardcore Democrat Shorts have tried to sink it. They would try to sink Rush Limbaugh too if his EIB broadcast was publicly traded.

The only other deep discount priced, dividend paying stock, that I could ever find, was "NYMT". I never invested in NYMT though. It's a high risk R.E.I.T. that pays .20 a share!!??

"MMX" I am into... It's a gold Royalty Company (growing small cap stock), and it pays .01 cent per share.

Just found out that the radio towers and land of most of the radio stations this group owns are leased from outside owners. Ed and Stu own those assets personally. Salem Media tangible assets are minimal.

Time for a run headed into Political advertising seasons coming !!!

If Ed Atsinger could only get the dividend increased by another 1/4 cent... The effect on SALM's PPS would be tremendous. But I get it; there is a delicate balance with cash for dividends, and cash for aquisitions.

Fact is: The current dividend, at .065 per share, has been 'stuck in the mud' for far too long. The dividend needs a little boost.

Hopefully the Democratic Party's open embracement of Socialism (as an identified policy objective) now, will bring tightly-knit American families back to the far right, thus increasing the NAV of SALM. The website investments need to reap more fruit. Same as the publishing companies under this stock's umbrella.

Glad to see efforts in the direction of marketing & advertising.... Let's see if they focus that at their online presence, and not just radio.

Great time to be in Salem as I see it, especially going into the 2020 elections, as the company's business model will play an important part. At least I hope so. The pendelum does swing, and Trumpism is a movement right now. Far bigger than anything which the Left can produce.

SALM... An outstanding dividend play here, into Q-1 2021. The company makes a lot of money off of political advertising (as previously stated by the CEO in conference calls).

The PPS is on it's knees.

Fund(s) loaded below the $3.00 line. They know value when they see it.
