SPRB drop was bot.

Bios are a gamble and take their time. Holding can be rewarding in the right bio stock.

I don't foresee dilution by SPRB- "cash runway is expected to extend into first half of 2024", per the company.

SPRB presently focuses on developing and commercializing novel therapies for rare endocrine disorders. It does not employ its novel platform in unrelated areas, such as constipation.

I found it !

I answered my $SPRB
question for my friend
(no help from the pumper, of course)

In February 2022, the SEC declared effective a registration statement on Form S-3 (Shelf Registration) covering the sale of up to $200.0 million of the Company's securities. Also, in February 2022, the Company entered into an Open Market Sales AgreementSM (Sales Agreement), with Jefferies LLC (Jefferies), pursuant to which the Company may elect to issue and sell, from time to time, shares of common stock having an aggregate offering price of up to $21.0 million under the Shelf Registration through Jefferies acting as the sales agent and/or principal. As of September 30, 2022, the Company has not issued any shares of common stock pursuant to the Sales Agreement.

SPRB On watch for next week.
Was Friday's biggest gainer and held it like a champ.
The good news served as a confirmation it's late stage candidate is very likely to pass FDA. Japan pharma didn't hand over $15M for nothing.
Shares traded Friday were astounding, 88 X's the 90 DAV!
OS is small at 23.5M and is essentially 100% owned between institutions and insiders.
SPRB IPO'd in 2020 at $15.
Cash is over $100M so dilution not a concern.
Even with Friday's jump, it still is trading at about half it's cash!
I think the boys will get behind this next week.
