Declaration of Dividend
On February 23, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing that on February 22, 2024, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.13 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2024 to the Company’s shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 18, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference, including the cautionary language regarding forward-looking statements.

HOUSTON, February 23, 2024 - (BUSINESS WIRE) – Stellar Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: STEL) today announced that on February 22, 2024, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.13 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2024 to the Company’s shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 18, 2024.
