The interesting part is that people are ignoring such doc showing the 18M of common shares and pumping this up. Also MMs somehow are losing the rope a little bit. I think the dilution will begin when it goes a bit higher, so the dump does not cause a big impact

$VVPR: In principal, your estimations are technically correct

However, as you know, saying and doing are two different things.

I sense some level of uncertainty and concern if this will actually transpire accordingly but I've been made aware
that Management has run some antics in the past that resulted in issuing of a secondary.

Works for them............. not for shareholders.

So take everything with a grain of salt........... I see them talking a big game, how about ENERGIE coming back and validating this.
I see VVPR doing all the talking here, so basically they can say whatever they want.

Time will tell but hopefully I'm proven wrong and they deliver. Can't help but be skeptical cuz don't want anyone not on the
inside to get screwed.
