Wow, 202 million share outstanding, up from 130 millions share last year. They are diluting at a faster rate. The book value is negative and company teetering on BK.
QBTS is losing another $23 million for the latest quarter and duped shareholders are paying the price to the management's excessive compensation and waste.

Give some attention to the GOV/Military aspect of D-wave which is happening through Davidson technologies. I believe there is an obvious reason the Advantage 2 computer is being located at Davidson's new headquarters building in Huntsville Al. This new computer will become dedicated to sensitive operation only. To me, that means Gov/Military contracts are forthcoming which is what Davidson is well known for. Additionally, the new USSF headquarters will now be located a few miles from Davidson; just saying think about the future gov/mil/Davidson/d-wave possibilities.

Very glad to see someone else doing DD. I purchased my first D-wave on June 6th and have been slowly buying since that date. Consider these two components. The NQIA and Davidson Technologies. You can find info on my previous posts. Yes, federal contracts are forth coming. Another huge catalyst will be the day they announce they have a Gate-model computer, Murray Thom mentioned last month that they are still in the process of building a gate model because they want to offer a full stack computing computing company to cover all bases. FOMO will get this over double digit teens within the next 3-4 weeks. This a pure play right now, there are other 2-3 companies in the same sector, just need to know which one is the real thing and not hype.

Primary reasons I got in today, was very simple.

1. Quantum computing hasn't even scratched the surface, not many people understand, how big this industry is going to be for the next decades.

2. Watched the pattern of trading on this, this is trading similar pattern of SMC*I and NV*DA

3. The CEO was on Fox Business Channel, discussing the technology.

4. The liquidity on this ticker is amazing sight.

5. There is nothing flawed with this ticker nor the CEO.
