They updated the OTC and there is no change in the Security Structure. 

In other words no dilution since the previous update on 12/28 to this ne update of 1/21

The share price hasn't been dropping. It's been sitting still and simply wavering up and down slightly in that position. If it drops to .001 or .0009, it won't stay there long because traders will immediately vacuum up shares because they know Telvantis is a good investment.
