Well Billy, I still hope you get a chance to contact Mr Fytton in the future but it looks like we’ve pretty much been abandoned. I just don’t think they are trying to make any progress, they can only blame it on the speed of the SEC, etc so many times.

Fear that the agreements they were targeting were never really going to benefit any of the parties so it’s pretty bleak for anything going forward. Anything could happen but history shows it probably won’t.

We may never know why all the filing work was done and then no progress … not even a “pump” of news to give folks a chance to trade up or down

Confusing and frustrating - hope all is well with you (as well as others on the board here).

Fingers crossed we don’t see the .0000 x .0001 bid/ask - that’s usually the beginning of the end.

Hard to believe there’s so little respect for the shareholders, unfortunately that’s how it is in the OTC when a stock makes no progress month after month after month. One thing about never communicating is you never have to backtrack nor apologize. Sad tactic.

Appreciate your optimism, I’m hoping for the same thing. There has to be a reason to get and keep the filings up to date, maybe deals get close then don’t complete? Have a gut feeling he’s been positioning to make a splash with stock … feast or famine. Been famine for years though.

Hey buddy, no he didn’t. I will reach out soon. I have faith he hasn’t abandoned us. I do think 2025 has to be the make or break year. We’re current, there was no massive sell offs at end of year. Just wish GEGP had someone who could communicate with the shareholders. I mean we went to 0041 in Sept 21 on no news. This thing is so thin that with communication it could be hovering waaaaay more (in my opinion)

Hope is probably accurate for most here with the same plan to get out. The only “communication”since coming back from caveat emptor in 2017 are the filings. Been nothing but speculation by any of us wondering why they’ve kept the quarterlies and annuals current since 2021. Unaudited of course, just attorney letters.

Think most are hoping for a reverse merger (or anything actually) but they won’t even put out a newsletter or produce an informative website. I personally went ahead and took some losses for tax purposes in 2024 …

And, supposedly, been advising NUGN as strategic advisor for SEC expertise, QB upgrade, IPOs, Form 10 filings, etc since June 2023. Don’t think there’s been an update on that since.

Hard to believe things take this long no matter how backed up the 3 letter agencies are. There has to be some info that can be shared in a newsletter, why have a link for it and never use it?

Our only hope is that the wait is about a decent reverse merger or something along those lines. Otherwise this will flounder like it has been.

Correct all fytton says is we are waiting for the SEC but if you look at exhi they have the share agreement with exeeder that would be completed mid 2024 still nothing.I have a feeling all this waiting has something to do with exhi and exeederfleet. I dont think we will get a update from mr fytton

This may not be new but I don’t recall the “Medical Device Distribution” being apart of the company description. It’s been so long since anything significant has happened I can’t keep up with what’s new and what isn’t. However, the company description may not really be all that relevant anyway. IDK??

I obviously can’t speak for the company, but that recent quick call I was able to get. It sounds like things are still in process. I can’t speak for them, but it sounds like everything is still in process. I know Fytton said the SEC keeps asking for corrections. So I dunno man

Just briefly spoke to Fytton. He didn’t have a lot of time. He said that everything is still going back and forth with the SEC. They are trying to get the SEC stuff to pass through the 1A so they can start getting free flow capital for other moves. That’s the best I could get from him at the time I called him.

Everything is still in process.

Sorry Rocket, I didn’t have the time to fit in the NUGN questions. I plan to follow back up soon. I just caught him at a bad time.
