This may not be new but I don’t recall the “Medical Device Distribution” being apart of the company description. It’s been so long since anything significant has happened I can’t keep up with what’s new and what isn’t. However, the company description may not really be all that relevant anyway. IDK??

I obviously can’t speak for the company, but that recent quick call I was able to get. It sounds like things are still in process. I can’t speak for them, but it sounds like everything is still in process. I know Fytton said the SEC keeps asking for corrections. So I dunno man

Just briefly spoke to Fytton. He didn’t have a lot of time. He said that everything is still going back and forth with the SEC. They are trying to get the SEC stuff to pass through the 1A so they can start getting free flow capital for other moves. That’s the best I could get from him at the time I called him.

Everything is still in process.

Sorry Rocket, I didn’t have the time to fit in the NUGN questions. I plan to follow back up soon. I just caught him at a bad time.

Hey Billy, if/when you get in touch with Mr Fytton again maybe ask him not only about GEGP but Global Dot Logistics (NUGN). Last update from NUGN that referenced Mr Fytton was on point was June 2023 and they were (are?) looking at audits, QB or Nasdaq upgrade, IPO, etc

If there’s still some synergy between Gegp, Nugn, Exhi that may explain the massive delay in getting things accomplished. Saw another post on Nugn that SEC, FINRA is months behind on processing

Signaling makes sense, just never seen it happen on sells. Maybe sells sends message to other market makers, buys usually draw attention from investors … hope you get your 3 mil then off to the races

I was watching that all day. I have a buy order in for 3 mil at .0001. Kept watching those 10 share trades. Looked at market maker signals. Found one site that said it could be a market maker trying to bring awareness or to watch out for. Also said making small trades is a way to keep the price low waiting for the time to pop.

Mr Fytton called and a left a message and he texted messaged to wish safety from the storm.

Very nice of him. He truly is a great man. I’m sure his great character is much aligned on what he is doing with the company. I have strong faith success is coming.

Thanks! Yeah she is doing better. She’s had a rough go at it. Now she is recovering from shingles at 34 yrs old. We are dealing with Hurricane Milton right now.

Not using Medworx at the moment. They are good for an office type of set up (submitting lots of claims) versus my private stuff. As things pick up I definitely will switch.

The best thing out of that is that it’s a legitimate business

Wouldn’t it be sweet if the SEC responded to the new external audits that the prior filings needed correction and that catchup be the precursor to audit approval … jump starting whatever is coming. Mr Fytton told Billy he was hoping for SEC approval a month ago this may be part of it.

I read 1-A/A and corrected Quarterly fully and completely ( although it took me 2 hours to get thru it ) and , imo, have concluded that GEGP is ramping up for a thoroughly positive and bullish PR. Again, just my opinion. ps: that Ortho alone has 19 full time and 3 part time employees is exiting, imo "ORTHOPEDIC, PROSTHETIC & SURGICAL APPLIANCES & SUPPLIES
