Wouldn’t it be sweet if the SEC responded to the new external audits that the prior filings needed correction and that catchup be the precursor to audit approval … jump starting whatever is coming. Mr Fytton told Billy he was hoping for SEC approval a month ago this may be part of it.

I read 1-A/A and corrected Quarterly fully and completely ( although it took me 2 hours to get thru it ) and , imo, have concluded that GEGP is ramping up for a thoroughly positive and bullish PR. Again, just my opinion. ps: that Ortho alone has 19 full time and 3 part time employees is exiting, imo "ORTHOPEDIC, PROSTHETIC & SURGICAL APPLIANCES & SUPPLIES

Quite a sad state of affairs getting no communication. Think Mr Fytton told someone months ago that this wasn’t a typical penny stock, but sitting at triple zeros range for 2 years with know direct information other than fillings is close to the definition of a typical penny stock. No way partnerships take this long.

We are pink current so there’s some hope.

We’re all confused to why the simplest communications aren’t used. It’s great that he shares with Billy, but that kind of info must be ok to talk about outside filings so why not just share it? Wouldn’t it have been cool to see in a newsletter or website statement that an audit and qb desired upgrade is on the table? No detail leaks, just the approach

We would be estatic and spread the info with other potential investor friends, groups, etc. why wouldn’t he want some free press?

Thinking maybe all the unaudited financial catchups over these last several quarters was a needed predecessor for an official accounting firm to do an independent audit? Not sure that’s true, but why else stay pink current without the company announcing anything other than some deals/relationships via filings? There’s been no other communication other than that.

Seems like a lot of work unless there’s something decent lurking with multiple companies or potential investment groups. Been an inordinate amount of time to set things up, the SEC is probably slow but this has been months and months and months in the making …

Yea I'm pretty sure the audit is looking back, don't know how far back but they may be auditing a bunch of financials. Probably starting with the oldest first to make the corrections to the ones after.

You had it in your recap from 8/13. He told you they can’t move on until the SEC approves the shares, etc in the 1-A Filing, approves the audit results for wanting to go to QB status, etc.

Seems like that means it’s going forward into 3rd and 4th qtr which pretty much just started Aug 1. What we’re really hoping for is for that to happen so he can share info through a PR

GEGP always traded a lot thinner than the share structure would imply. That's why I've always held out hope that with news the run would be huge. That's how we ran to .0040 so quickly 3 years ago.

It’s crazy that this company has let market makers control the price with 100 share trades. When they are clearly doing business. Easily avoidable. Just put out regular news letter and it would it at least help and be more tradable

If I was company and I knew market makers were messing with my share price, I’d be pissed. Especially when trying to move up from the penny stock

Well, this upcoming week will be pushing a month since Mr Fytton was hoping for “this week” for hearing back from the SEC … no big surprise I guess. Seems like a newsletter would be a good way to stay in touch but odds are slim to none since we’ve basically been asking for that and a decent website for years.

Not much we can do when we’re almost cellar boxed. May end up not being a typical penny stock, but it certainly been performing like one for longer than we want to admit

Definitely legitimate. Still need to research the product. Guy knew I was shareholder of Gold. Said he may be able to work a better deal from Mark because of that.. Told the associate to relay a message to Mark about doing a newsletter for the shareholders for confidence and support. He said he will relay the message to Mark when he speaks to him. So at least we got contact there. Let’s see how it goes

Guys, got a call from Medworx. And then a text message. I answered the text message. Should be talking to them either tomorrow or Thursday. It will be about medical building but it won’t hurt to ask about anything company related with where they are currently at.
The fact they are calling me is a for sure sign that it’s legit (I never had any doubt but it’s good confirmation). Hopefully I can be a client of theirs!
