RBID com Inc (CE) (RBDC) Share Price

I was told by my brokerage firm that there was a Type 1 global lock on the security and they couldn't get rid of it. I feel like they are holding my money hostage since they won't let me close the account with this security in it.

I have never heard anybody say that before I thought the DTCC got everything delivered to the Deceedee warehouse to be burned

Does anyone know how to get rid of 1 share of RBDC?
My brokerage account won't let me close the account with this security still in it and no other brokerage account will accept a transfer of this security.
