Swedish engineering group Sandvik AB (SAND.SK) Tuesday said it has agreed for an undisclosed sum to acquire the 51% of the shares in U.S.-based industrial company Precorp Inc. it didn't already own.

 
   MAIN FACTS:

-In 2012 Precorp had sales of approximately SEK230 million, with 200 employees.

-Precorp offers a full line of Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) and carbide tools.

-At 0734 GMT, Sandvik shares were up 0.7% at SEK93.25 against a 0.4% rise in the wider Stockholm market.
