I cleaned out the rest for the .0004's this morning 

.0005 up and looks thin for now

It looks like most of their revenue is in Australia and the quantum glass manufacturing plant will be in Australia. So hopefully the tariffs(10% on Australia) if they stick won't effect this company too much.

Picked up 15 million today. Average down to .0007 now

Just looks like a typical OTC Stinky Pinky at this point.  We lost a lot of followers and watchers last 2 months.  No one is going to touch this unless they put put substantial PRs and forward looking statements.

What does the level 2 look like now? Bid /Ask

The O.S. went from 1,805,000,000 to 1,980,000,000 since last week. Could be Borders, but I'm not sure. It would be nice if any of these OTC companies would do half of things they say they're going to do, but then again it's the OTC, and I knew what I was getting into. I'll wait for .0001 to consider adding since we are only two ticks away from there anyway. I'm not sure that.0001 is a good buy either, at this point an RS would possibly, JMO

The unrestricted(and outstanding) went up 175 million. If it's part of the "Australian investor" group arrangement I don't mind. Otherwise.. it just looks like bad dilution.
Also, I don't think the share reduction from Agro has been included yet.

I am frustrated to say the least, not sure 40m is any kindbof dilution Just pissed off shareholders James assured me no dilution was happening 500% rev growth of nothing is still nothing Agroshield was an albatross around the nexk   Glad its gone!2025 is not going as planned from my perspective NSF should have been completed by now15c2-11 reinstatement should have been completed by nowBorders should have been in court by now
At least share numbers should come down with 350m back from Agro

yeah, none of that is new and the CEO has been transparent about that whole process. There hasn't been any dilution since Oct i think. Looking at the report, there's not anything really new except this:
"Moreover, the Company has successfully secured commitments from Australian-based institutional investors to support its next
phase of growth."

I've seen absolute trash penny stocks with horrible ss and no business with 10x the market cap of SINC. so.. definitely worth a gamble down at these levels

They paid off all toxic financing, it was painful But no more dilution I think 350m of those was for Agroshield, they were returned with divestment Still doesn't look pretty in short term

I agree, but not happy with Janes communications lately Guess time to double down on my holdings 

Sinc is a good company, just that they have made some bad moves while one of those moves were with good intentions for shareholders benefit. that mistake was border. but i think they will rebound in time. Patiently waiting on yearly report/Q4 results.

Who? Borders? I thought their shares were restricted. Also, there is a chance the company recovers those shares. Some clarity should come with the next quarterly report

The 150 mil that moved to unrestricted just moved to DTC. Does that mean it's the start of dilution? Or the end?

I'm not sure any with more than 10m shares has an average less than .0007. But I think you're right that most people have an average above 10. I'm a little confused just like you.. my only guess is there are people selling for a loss.

I don't get it, almost everyone in SINC has a higher average than 6-10  and yet somehow there are shares sold at 5I own about 2% of the float and this is painful to watch   Every time I buy more at what I would have thought to be very rock bottom It goes lower  Today's news was a non event, I cant really figure why Agro was ever brought in to the business, I guess Selby seen his value dropping like a rock, and in the cc he sounded like the most dominant player That may have led to this    Who knows?Maybe we get fins this week

I've snagged some .0005s and got my avg down to .0010. I don't think I'll buy more until quarterly is posted and there's an investor call. Something feels a bit off.. but still worth the risk imo.

Definitely the orders are being hidden from the level 2 quotes. 5's are executing like crazy and I not seeing those orders on the level 2
