The Company was notified on 20 March 2007 that RAB Special Situations (Master)
Fund Ltd has a notifiable interest in 13,008,810 ordinary shares in the Company.
This interest represents 9.97% of both the Company's current issued share
capital and of total voting rights.


This disclosure is made as a result of RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Ltd
restating their historic interest in the Company in compliance with the FSA's
new Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
