Access Plus announces that, on 27 November 2002, it purchased for cancellation
10,000 of its own ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 125p per share and
that, on 28 November 2002, it purchased for cancellation a further 25,000 of its
own ordinary shares of 10p each, also at a price of 125p per share.



Following the above purchases there are now 18,618,693 ordinary shares in issue.
