TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
BLACKROCK HEDGE SELECTOR LTD
("the Company")
In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
("the Rules"), the Company would like to notify the market of the
following:
As at 30 November 2012, the
Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares)
consisted of the following:
- 44,663,600 UK Emerging Companies Shares with 1.2 voting rights
per share;
- 3,877,914 Cash Fund Shares with 1 voting right per share
As at 30 November 2012, the
Company held 300,000 UK Emerging Companies Shares in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore
57,474,234
The above figure 57,474,234 may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, the Company under the Rules.
