                       COMMENT RE: SHARE PRICE MOVEMENT

Brammer has noted today's movement in its share price and wishes to update
shareholders.

Since its AGM on 15 May 2001, Brammer's Livingston business has seen continued
weakness in the telecommunications market as a result of the well publicised
difficulties of the telecommunications manufacturers. Elsewhere Livingston
continues to perform well.

Brammer's UK Industrial Services business has yet to show signs of
improvement, whereas on the continent it continues to experience good growth
in robust markets.

Brammer is pleased to report that THF, its recently acquired German business,
is performing above expectations.
