                           COMINO PLC: CONTRACT GAIN
        ISE Subsidiary wins #750,000 Swale Housing Association Contract

Comino  plc, the supplier of software based business solutions for the  social
housing,  local  authority  and  pensions  sectors,  announces  that  its  ISE
subsidiary  has  won  a  contract  worth  over  #750,000  from  Swale  Housing
Association  ("Swale"),  in which it will work in partnership  to  create  the
infrastructure for a responsive, customer focused service.

ISE, based in Leeds, will provide Swale with a comprehensive package including
telecommunications  systems, workflow software, a new IT  environment,  mobile
voice and data communications, a state of the art customer  service centre and
electronic document storage and management.

The new arrangements will enable agents working at the Customer Service Centre
to  resolve  75% of queries on initial contact.  Freed up from  paperwork  and
incoming  calls, empowered, experienced staff will be able to spend more  time
making face-to-face contact with customers.  The Customer Service Centre  will
go  live using a combination of the latest telephony and computer technologies
-  state  of the art Microsoft technology from ISE, ensuring future  expansion
can be easily accommodated.

While  enabling  the  optimum  service  to  Swale's  existing  customers,  the
arrangements  provide  the  infrastructure to  extend  the  scope  of  service
provision to outside organisations.
