Cartucho announces that its UK incorporated wholly owned subsidiary, Cartucho
Holdings Limited, held meetings yesterday with a view to putting Cartucho
Holdings Limited into creditors' voluntary liquidation.  Following discussions
during those meetings, it was agreed that these meetings be adjourned for 14
days.
