Pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, the Company received
notification on 18 July 2006 from John East & Partners Limited that following
the capital reorganisation and debt for equity swap of the Company's ordinary
shares it now holds 1,992,751 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company,
representing 5.32 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 37,468,937 shares of 1 pence nominal
value.
