          Directors' Shareholdings


Griffin was informed on 9 March 2004 that on that date Minlay Limited ("Minlay")
acquired 1,149,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company for 4.125p per
ordinary share. Minlay now holds 11,805,113 ordinary shares, representing
approximately 29.9% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Minlay is a
company 100% owned by David Gordon Maclean, Director of the Company.
