The Company announces that, following the successful completion
of the placing of new shares and the GPRE Share Exchange, as
announced on 10 April 2019, Eli Alroy, a non-executive director of
the Company, now holds (directly and, indirectly, via AYRAD
Investments Limited) an interest in 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares.
