Appointment of Alternate Director

The Board of DCG IRIS Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Carol Kilby as the alternate non-executive director for Robin Fuller with immediate effect up to and inclusive of 11 November 2013.

Mrs Kilby is a director of Dexion Capital (Guernsey) Limited, the investment manager of the Company. She joined Dexion Capital (Guernsey) Limited in March 2007 and is responsible for its day-to-day operation. Prior to joining Dexion, Mrs Kilby was a Director of Kleinwort Benson Services (Guernsey) Limited and was Head of Compliance and Legal for Kleinwort Benson Channel Islands. Mrs Kilby joined Kleinwort Benson in 2002 from Woolwich Guernsey Limited where she was Finance Director. Mrs Kilby has worked for over 20 years in Guernsey's finance industry including accounting, banking, risk and compliance and the corporate secretarial function. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants and has an IOD Diploma in Company Direction.

In addition to Mrs Kilby's appointment set out above, she holds and has held the following directorships of publicly quoted companies over the previous five years.
