A & J Mucklow Group plc has made the following conditional
awards to Executive Directors of the Company's Ordinary shares of
25p each under the Company's 2015 Performance Share Plan, pursuant
to a recommendation of the Company's Remuneration Committee on 9
October 2018.
Director Options at nominal consideration

David Wooldridge 33,890
The vesting of these awards will be subject to performance
conditions over a three-year period and a two year holding period
as described in the Circular to shareholders dated 30 September
2015.
