This announcement is a correction of the Transaction in Own
Shares announcement published on 24 February 2025 (RNS number
0970Y). The incorrect number of Ordinary Shares
purchased were misstated. The below
announcement now states the correct figures from those shares
purchased on 21 February 2025.
NextEnergy Solar Fund, a leading
specialist investor in solar energy and energy storage, announces
that it has purchased the following number of Ordinary Shares on
the London Stock Exchange through RBC

the Company is 578,143,764 which may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their major interest or a change to
their major interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.
