Completion of disposal of PT Air Muring

On 4 November 2005, PGI announced that the Group had entered into a conditional 
agreement to dispose of the whole of its shareholding in PT Air Muring to PT 
Huma Indah Mekar for a total consideration of US$6,295,000, payable in cash on 
completion.

PGI today announces that the conditions in relation to the agreement have been 
satisfied and the disposal has completed. This completes the Group's strategic 
withdrawal from Indonesia to concentrate its Food Division on Southern Africa.
