PLC announces that it has today published a
notice convening an annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company
(the "Notice"). The Notice with the accompanying Form of Proxy has
been sent to shareholders.
The AGM will to be held at 10.00
a.m. on 31 March 2025 at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP, The
Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EW.
