Directors' Interest in Shares


The Board has today been advised of the following purchases of shares
undertaken by directors of the Company.


Ian Yeoman, non-executive Chairman, has acquired 5,000 ordinary shares at a
price of 87p per ordinary share, which is his entire holding representing
approximately 0.03 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital.


Richard Bowser, Finance Director, has acquired 2,500 ordinary shares at a
price of 87p per ordinary share, bringing his holding to 1,445,919 ordinary
shares representing approximately 9.21 per cent. of the issued ordinary share
capital.
