UK Mail today announces that it has been informed by Michael Kane, a former Non-Executive Director and PDMR of the Company, that pursuant to a Divorce Settlement Agreement (the "Agreement"), Mr Kane transferred to Mrs Corinne Kane ("Mrs Kane") 1,302,966 ordinary shares of 10 pence each representing 2.38% of the issued share capital of the Company (the "Settlement Shares").

As part of the Agreement the Settlement Shares were transferred to Mrs Kane for nil consideration, free and clear of any restrictions on their sale.

Following this transfer, Mr Kane now holds 5,708,725 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company representing 10.43% of the issued share capital of the Company.
