Statement re Press Comment 
 
 
Veris plc ("Veris") notes the recent press comment regarding a possible offer 
for the FM/PM division pursuant to the previously announced strategic review. 
 
 
Veris confirms that it has granted access to an unconnected 3rd party to carry 
out due diligence with a view to making a formal offer to purchase the FM/PM 
division. 
 
 
Veris stresses that there is no certainty that a formal offer will emerge or 
that it will be at a price which will be recommendable by the Directors of 
Veris.
