Purchase of Additional Shares In Northbridge Industrial Services plc

The Company announces that it today purchased 600,000 ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 70 pence per share, in the capital of Northbridge Industrial Services plc (‘Northbridge’), of which David Marshall, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, is a Non-Executive Director.

Following this transaction, the Company holds 2,500,000 ordinary shares, representing 13.57% of the total voting rights in Northbridge’s issued share capital.
