--HSBC Holdings has drawn up a shortlist to replace Sridhar Chandrasekharan as chief executive of its Global Asset Management unit, Sky News reported, citing unidentified sources.

--Mr. Chandrasekharan is expected to move elsewhere within HSBC, while the asset-management business could be prepared for a merger or public listing with a minority stake, according to Sky.
