Agreed - guess what I am focused on with BTC is for it to gain value which in turn improves CGAC bottom line... It has been hanging in the 90's (or lower) for quite a while and when we factor in the halving last April, profits have been reduced considering it was banking 60k at the old hashrate... I am truly looking forward to annuals.
I also have a decent amount invested in Crypto, so you will catch me rooting for Crypto plays as well. So in short, I know BTC won't move CGAC , but it does have an affect on how profitable the company is. Just a little over a month and we will have a good read on what we own. GLTY

I don't think the price of crypto, or the improving regulatory environment will move CGAC at all.

I think the news must be "organic" to the company and its evolution/profitability. The news needs to be specific to the financials of CGAC. Only then will this ticker move. JMHO.

Since March 15 is on a Saturday, I would have to assume that the closing on the Hillmont Bitcoin Mining Facility would be either Friday the 14th or Monday the 17th.


Hopefully, everything is going according to plans and the closing will not delayed.

It would not surprise me if Forced Physics DCT merged with A.R.T. Digital prior to the closing of the Definitive Agreement with A.R.T. Digital, anticipated by April 30, 2025. Forced Physics was established in 2005 and currently has an estimated yearly revenue of $1.3 million. They have been relying on research grants and other forms of funding to further their product development. Time for them to cash in. Just an opinion.
