Ron doesn’t answer emails that often. He only answers mine every once in a while. I don’t understand the logic behind some of the emails he sends me. All I know for sure is he created GNCC investment holdings and raised the A/S for a reason. I have sent several emails asking about the reason. He has not responded to those questions. All we can do now is wait and see.

Sent Ron an email today and just received a response. I asked if there is a possibility that pdiv and GNCP would merge and Uplist to the NASDAQ. His response:

Sir, I am not going to comment upon these questions. In short you are requesting “price sensitive “ and “non public information “.
The controlling shareholders and lenders to premier will never consider a takeover of GNCC , ever. They view the “bad smell” around GNCC as unacceptable to them. Thank crazed shareholders and “paid posters” on the internet for that one.

Premier may or may not lift its holdings in GNCC. They will not cross 49% of the GNCC outstanding shares of common stock.
Premier may Uplist to NASDAQ, yes GNCC no
Premier will however continue to advance funds to GNCC to keep the company alive and its mining exploration interest intact; and in good order.

In respect of GNCC being quoted on the expert market; that is being examined; there is a possibility that I may bring it PINK CURRENT on the OTC Markets; that depends on time and cost.

P.S. The above- mentioned is based upon substantial legal advice given to myself and others.
