DaGreekster: Totally agree "OUR" (TMMI) web site is stale and past due on input and upgrade. If TMMI has requested dismissal, what do
they owe Panik? I would sure hope it would be full steam ahead. One would think their board members/advisors etc would not want their names associated.
Seems TMMI puts no value to the software, if so, what's left? TMMI please speak up.

Only the TMMI management know why this court filing was dismissed. Please keep in mind this court action was initiated by TMMI. Its hard to be positive with these clowns and have faith with their judgements. I do hope we have a follow-up statement from TMMI regarding this dismissal. I am hoping Ms Bala can use some of her public-persona to right this ship. Overall, it just seems that TMMI has not recovered following the vacate of their investors @Dec 2021. And the website looks stale. Lets move forward and finally see some process on the technology front. That's how you attract customers and make money.


06/09/21: TMMI Files 5 Million Dollar Claim to Protect Its Shareholders and Property Rights

From the legal claim filed in Nevada State Court:
"TMMI alleges that Dimension directors, agents, and/or predecessors, who were also TMMI shareholders, surreptitiously obtained TMMI's inside information and used that information to usurp TMMI's corporate opportunity and the opportunity of all of the other TMMI shareholders. Dimension converted TMMI's property and rights to Dimension's property, and has attempted to develop and market the same, tortiously interfered with TMMI's potential business relationships, publicly defamed TMMI, and caused TMMI damages over $5,000,000."

That PR is a bunch of crap....

The only thing mentioned is

1st. It wasn't most recently, and
no mention of TMMI, just( she became involved in a technology company currently launching security software nationally)

2nd. Opening PR reads, she has ties to
Paul Healy,
who
was a complete failure with TMMI!!!!

Where's the PR on this so call launch of security software nationally????

Why no mention that she is the CEO of this technology company(TMMI), unless she knows more than she is willing to report and has totally moving on from the company!!!!

DaGreekster: If TMMI dismissed or is walking away, what do they own? As I have read over all (years of self abuse) the court cases and filings, TMMI owns nothing. What will they own & what do the have? Why did they fight so hard, spend so much time and money to just give up. Hopefully they have other projects to move forward. Too many top professional names on the board to not have something in the incubator.

Yep. The last court statement was too vague. But I will say that Dimension has been trying to dismiss this complaint for years and TMMI has met them head-on. It sounds more like the Plaintive/TMMI was the one that voluntarily dismissed the complaint. That's my opinion.

The question for me is if TMMI simply cut their losses and walked away from this court action. I really do doubt there some unknown 'deal' in the works between both companies. There's too much bad blood. But who knows...

TMMI has spent a lot of $ on legal fees over the years. When this case is settled maybe they can hire staff to bring a product to fruition!
They show a lot of money for office rent. I didn't think a mail stop box would cost that much! Hope this case is settled soon. I need my sanity back!

TMMI filed for the 5 million dollar claim vs Dimension back in 06/09/21. This marks three years ago. These are highlights of TMMI's EOY balance sheets for the last three years. Attorney & court fees do cost money. And I do expect that Dimension/Panik bleeds similar costs as well.

I have no legal knowledge at all, however, and this is just my guess interpretation. " [114] Voluntary Dismissal of Third-Party Complaint" Maybe this means this court nonsense has come to an end and TMMI can begin to do something constructive. Again, I have no clue.

Is Susan Bala still with TMMI? I talked to Eric Hernes / Chief Technology Officer last year and he said he has not had any affiliation with TMMI for years. Once the law suit is over or a settlement negotiated maybe we will see an update to the media. If they change anything that would mean they have to report the updated facts to be on the OTC.

It would be nice, if Susan Bala was able to pull off something with NVIDIA....

I can see the frustration vs our CEO, Ms Bala. She is simply Awol, Agree on the yield signs. There is our CPA, Mr. Kozole. Who submits and then having to resubmit financial reports and attorney letters that are not to par with OTC markets standards. Some of these reports have been late, affecting the Pink status of TMMI. This does not give me a since of confidence that these guys want to get back to become a reporting company. Stay tune...

This stock is basically back to where it started 30 years ago appeared to have true deft went up over $2 a share went all the way back down then made it back up 24 cents then back down in the last 3 years up to 8 cents and now back to below a penny 30 years of manipulation why

Makes me think. The CodeBaby President and CEO Norrie Daroga is such a effective leader because he promotes the company. He gets up on stage, he promotes the company through social media, through newswire PR's and utilizes his marketing people. CodeBaby is active and is luring partnerships and customers. And the website is current. This is how like a startup company should begin to be look like.

Susan Bala could use some her own self-promotion mojo on the company that she presumably leads as CEO. TMMI. Utilize her marketing skills and get TMMI on the map. Promote TMMI. I do trust that she has a plan... June 30th marks two years that she has been CEO.

This is a really good article. An insight to her thinking. And a glimmer of hope for TMMI. Its hard to believe that a person such as Ms Bala who fails to communicate to her investors, is so candid and 'Open' as she is in this article. Not once has this security software ever been mentioned by TMMI on PR's, on the website or on the Twitter feed. Would she be promoting her business with this article dated from Dec 2023?

Why sell? Must be for a tax write off. At these prices you would think holding and accumulating would be a smarter move.

My questions are, (1) Why the lawsuits (seems TMMI lost - prove me wrong) and the costs associated. (2) Are the advisors for real? (3) Why won't the advisors
comment on their association with TMMI. (4) What happens after the July lawsuit comes to an end? (5) If they don't own the codes (if they have any value), why aren't they negotiating for ownership?
If they report anything to the public they could be held for liable etc. As long as they are in the lowest tier of OTC they
