Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On August 27, 2024, Camber Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a letter to its shareholders announcing its financial and operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, as well as other relevant updates regarding the Company. A copy of the shareholder letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
