There is no stock dividend. Management has stated their desire to keep the O/S under 6B. There have also been no change in share structure for a long time. They haven't issued additional for a few quarters or more. Some of the restricted have become unrestricted, but thats it.

He wants to create doubt and indecision. By doing so he slows buying pressure and potentially even creates selling pressure from retailers who just don't understand.
