Intelligroup will support Hitachi's global outsourcing requirements by providing systems development, maintenance, and support services for enterprise resource planning ("ERP") applications, primarily SAP. Intelligroup established its Center of Excellence in Hyderabad, India to provide services that go beyond application management services ("AMS") and improve business performance metrics. These services serve the customer's business analysts, process owners, and application specialists' community. Examples of these services include business analytics, process improvements, application management, application development and maintenance, testing services, systems optimization, ERP upgrades, and global rollouts.
