YOU SPAM Alot.
Barrage of hyped/inflated claims as usual for years desperately trying to compensate for the lack of products to compete against increasingly sophisticated competition?
Do YOU EVEN KNOW what "Allowance" in USPTO's language means ? I've worked in USPTO-related matters and "Allowance" means little - it merely states a Patent claim wasn't rejected outright or it "survived opposition", was viewed by a junior (GS-5/7 ?) EE engienering clerk at USPTO (Iam equiv to GS-11 to 13). It will be arduously long process & one which requires AmpliTech to pay much - if Patent even proceeeds to materialization. In past Fawad didn't want to pay for any patents (neither do some ultra-successful co's, like Marki Microwave), once registered a Patent is published & opens "dual-edge sword", on one hand you may spend effort/money prosecuting those who copy you & recover partial/or full losses, on other hand industry will see patents & in "some remote countries" copy you without much punity. It's a tricky decisions - one which AmpliTech in past never proceeded thru since its birth in 1999 (AmpliComm)/2001 (AmpliTech replaces AmpliComm)
Fawad been trying to patent 25-year old technology for many years, and now this "new" 5G (don't forget his claims of 6G, 7G) inventions :) Bring it on to a remote island of natives & tell them "we invented a Question Mark ("?") nowdays used worldwide but we're not collecting royalties on its usage"
ANYway,
I wish well to AmpliTech as it was my school, a tremendous uplift of career, Fawad is a good Engineer & Executive, TEACHER, & a good Person who helped his employees, good memories,
but please moderate your spamming/repetitive hype. It's a good company, just not as high in "Stratosphere" as it claims in exaggerated PR's/IR's press.releases.
P.S.
Even tho, Fawad did invent stuff in past era (& received prestigious Motorola award... before AmpliTech was born)

Exactly right JMD. You mirror my words from a decade+ ago. Ironically, his solution was to spend more on "Talking Heads"/Lawyers/Presentations/so-called "Investors Relations" & etc "PR", than on real brains i.e. engineers/scientists/analysts.
But whatever - it does look excellent on my Resume IF reader is keenly aware of DATEs (years) I specify on Resume - back when AmpliTech was indeed one of unique top-performign yet economic LNAmplifiers designer & maker based on venerable Miteq's workforce including Himself. I mean, Fawad was "God of LNAs" back then. Unfortunately it's been frozen in time since, while industry progressed.
But I wish the best to Him & Company b/c NONE of the events that followed can negate the goodness we received from Fawad, both in employment & professional learnign that we later brought to elsehwere and on personal level (liek free 2-storey condo in a gated community I'll never forget, Free for half year & then not Free but still cheap, pool, gold course, quiet, park, etc).
He was the man.
P.S.
I wonder, tho might be fatally wrong since my background is 85% Technical, not Business, if one could sell existing company, wipe off the debts/etc trouble, wait 2 years or whatever NDA/NCA requires upon sale of an IP-based busienss (liek this one), and then restart afresh - somethign very new.
But alternatively Fawad could simply push a button, send his Resume & be hired quickly at some top executive role in a large RFMW/[& even RF.over.FiberOptic] company, tho a typical CEO liek him don't tolerate taking orders/be managed by too many others - the loss of "Total Control" is probably a hard blow that would inhibit his desire to quit running own biz & get hired to work for somebody else.
And frankly New York became depleted of good RFMW co's to be hired by, anyway, they're all where I moved to (California) & Texas, Maryland, some New Hampshire/Mass, a few in Florida. Miteq isn't what it was before 2010, it's been a long time since its importance ceased, even L3 spun-off it from L3NardaMiteq long ago.
You can just look at Careers/Employment link on website of ANY company & guess if they're doing OK, not OK, & what new/hot (but not established/old) projects they're upto
But then again overdose of Caffeine w/roasted Dolphin's feet is harming my writing ability, at the moment.
P.P.S. I just read a new WhitePaper from IEEE abt AI aid in ICchip design, crazy developments ! Not merely suggest a schedule or place to live or add a coupel numbers, but actually partially useful help in coding & ICchip design. Human engieners beware !

AmpliTech Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMPG), a designer, developer, and manufacturer of state-of-the-art signal-processing components for satellite, 5G, other communications networks, design of complete 5G/6G systems, global distributor of packages and lids for integrated circuit assembly, today announced teaming up with the Open6G Open Testing and Integration Center (OTIC) at the Institute for the Wireless Internet of Things (WIoT) at Northeastern University (NU) to perform 5G interoperability testing (IOT) and conformance testing of its newly released, leading edge O-RAN CAT B 64T64R MIMO radio unit (O-RU). This activity will take place at the Open6G OTIC in Boston and Burlington, Massachusetts.
The NU Open6G OTIC will provide a comprehensive platform for end-to-end and automated integration and testing of the AmpliTech O-RU in a multi-vendor environment. Several CU/DU (Central Unit/Distribution Unit) vendors have expressed interest in conducting interoperability testing with AGTGSS’s 64T64R O-RU. Thanks to the Open6G OTIC support, new market entrants can gain an advantage and explore new solutions for O-RAN systems.
The NU Open6G OTIC and AGTGSS will conduct IOT and conformance testing to ensure that the radios meet the necessary capacity and throughput requirements sought by MNOs (Mobile Network Operators). These major MNOs compel traditional vendors to open their fronthaul for third parties to achieve successful interoperability. From the perspective of MNOs, these stable traditional vendors are deemed capable of accommodating AGTGSS as a third-party radio vendor without compromising key performance indicators (KPIs). Notably, The Open6G Open Testing and Integration Center (OTIC) at the Institute for the Wireless Internet of Things (WIoT) at Northeastern University, also partners with AT&T and Verizon as a neutral testing facility in the Acceleration of Compatibility and Commercialization for Open RAN Deployments Consortium (ACCoRD) framework.
Although AGTGSS has a verbal agreement with a major 5G international CU/DU player to jointly participate in this endeavor, (to be formally announced at a later date), this interoperability testing is not exclusive to a single CU/DU vendor; any CU/DU vendor can participate in the testing. AmpliTech Group and the NU Open6G OTIC can support the creation and testing of multiple options for MNOs, aligning with the multi-vendor and interoperability core principle of Open RAN. The end-to-end interoperability testing, conducted by the Open6G OTIC, will provide a platform for any vendor to bring and test their infrastructure. AGTGSS teaming up with Northeastern University extends beyond testing, aiming to incorporate orchestration and automation-based RIC companies to develop xApp and rApp for both Near-Real-Time and Non-Real-Time applications.
Given the Department of Defense (DoD) emphasis on "Buy and Purchase in USA", supported by MNOs, it is essential to have such labs in the US to conduct high configuration radio testing and other end-to-end activities.
AGTGSS has implemented pre-coding to its CAT B O-RU, effectively reducing congestion on the fronthaul. This differs from older technology CAT-A radios, where each antenna requires a direct connection to the DU via RF chains, leading to fronthaul congestion due to numerous RF chains. Leveraging our existing CAT-B, 64T64R configuration, Northeastern University and AmpliTech Group are prepared to explore ULPI (CAT-A, CAT-B, & Class A), which promises further enhancements in radio performance.
Fawad Maqbool, CEO of AmpliTech Group, stated, “This is yet another major accomplishment in our constant push to bring 5G solutions to the industry. We are proudly teaming up with the Northeastern University Open6G OTIC to conduct this key interoperability testing and certification of our radios. Our collaboration extends beyond research, aiming to deliver practical end-to-end systems to MNOs, thereby making O-RAN adoption acceptable to key industry players.”

WAR means better profit for AmpliTech. Not to appear "cynical", I merely state a basic/business fact - AmpliTech's part of business is in supplying Gov/thus Military, as i worked there know how large (tho NOT overhwleming comparing to other) this portion of their business is, in fact Gov of Israel /Ministry of Defense (GoI/MoD) usedto be its single/major customer & if wasn't for GoI, AmpliTech may've not exist today, fact that founder/Owner/CEO Fawad is Muslim proves in business we're equal & value brains, not ideology, but folks who are unemployed/young/& feel land is burning uner their feet easily succumb to war mentality. I've met NUMEROUS Muslims in USA & crazy to think but nOT one of them was a problem for me/quite opposite I owe them part of my career & Lived in AirBnb houses where where owenrs & almost all co-housemates were Iranians, Egytpians, Pakistanis, Turks, Lebanese, Etc. yet I happend to have grandma (90+y.o) & several relatives in Israel, being ethnically Ashkena*i jews (60-70% MiddleEastern/40-30% Euro genetics) & even an ethnically Russian classmate there too (as 20%+ Israelis can speak Russian, besids official lang of Hebrew & vast population can speak English, so 3 languages).
Again, Iam not an evil/cynical person, just say this Hamas/Israel War = profit for the likes of Amplitech, Raytheon, Lockheed Mardin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman/Cobham, you name it. War requires such LNAmplifiers for radars/missile warheads, waveguides, electronic warfare (EW)/jamming power.amps, etc. However Gaza Strip is a small place - don't expect it be a major consumer of military equipment before skirmish ends, unless a powerful entity like Iran enters "openly" into conflict & UNLESS Israeli leadership decides to revamp entire defense doctrine & up equipment.. as it's not already high up in terms of expense (country is basically military camp... my cousin served in IDF & can confirm how "everything is affected by military, since high school).
Have a good day folks, meanwhile people die there & yesterday 2,400 dead reported in Afghanistan's twin Earthquakes, this world is a "boiling pot" at times & major problem in MiddleEast isn't in my opinion religion but basic OVERpopulation... too many young unemplyed & volatile people/squeezed into too little land

AmpliTech’s Satcom Systems Subdivision Receives Orders from Major Media Companies
Oct 04, 2023
Specialty Microwave Subdivision Achieves a Record $1mm Bookings for 2023
HAUPPAUGE, NY / ACCESSWIRE / October 04, 2023 -- AmpliTech Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMPG), a designer, developer, and manufacturer of state-of-the-art signal-processing components for satellite, 5G, and other communications networks, as well as a worldwide distributor of packages and lids for integrated circuit assembly, is thrilled to announce new partnerships and an uptick in bookings within its Satcom components subdivision, Specialty Microwave. The division recorded $0.9 million in revenue in 2022 and has already booked $1 million just in Q2 and Q3 of this year, which the company expects to convert to revenue mostly in the first half of 2024. This achievement is attributed to Specialty Microwave securing business from global entertainment powerhouses such as Warner Bros., Disney, Paramount, and CBS Viacom.
The bookings are comprised of orders for assemblies, including but not limited to, antenna assemblies, low noise block downconverter assemblies, and power amplifier assemblies. These components, integrated into broadcast trucks equipped with satellite dishes, are crucial for efficient signal transmission and reception across news, TV, and entertainment networks. They ensure that the signals transmitted and received maintain the highest clarity and quality, a necessity for media companies dedicated to delivering their content to expansive audiences. The preference for AmpliTech's high-caliber assemblies by entertainment giants emphasizes the company's exceptional reliability and proficiency in its offerings.
"AmpliTech's commitment to excellence and our industry-leading RF solutions have established us as a preferred choice for the entertainment sector's satellite communication requirements," said Fawad Maqbool, CEO of AmpliTech Group, Inc. "Our business with industry leaders like Warner Bros., Disney, Paramount, and CBS Viacom not only reinforces our market dominance but also hints at a promising trajectory for satellite communications within the entertainment sphere. In fact, the Satcom business is not limited to the entertainment sector but also encompasses the ground stations, teleports, and satellites in space, All of these also appear to show an uptick in demand."
This strategic alignment with prominent entertainment networks positions the firm at the vanguard of a major industry where the need for dependable and superior satellite communications is paramount.

Mike, now you're mirroring me...
P.S. President/CEO/owner + his brother constantly talked abt Mercedes cars...finally both got them, yes we may say "deservingly so" & in fact better be done earleir in life, but just saying... other people in this endless "enterprise" got fleeced.
Although we must separate Business from Human/person. As a human, Fawad did AMAZING things - not short of "spectacular", e.g I got a Free Condo/house in a gated community, w/upscale neighbors, pool, gold course, parks, close to FireIsland beaches... 2 storeys, all to myself, it was insanity for 9 or so months, he even paid my gigantic gas/heating bill that unusually cold winter when I wasNOT aware of the old system terrible inefficiency/(it consumed a ton of heating gas, despite modest temperature setting!, so when summer arrived & shutdown AC out fo fear or causing another high bill)
He did Jobs Reference for me, tho I got betetr from other/longer term bosses but still he did as Presiednt of internationally recognized Amplitech it was important.
He did whatever... and yet, he did damagign actions also.
As any advanced/intelligent person, they're complex beings, an utterly extreme case of which would be a classic story of "Mr Jecklyl & Mr Hyde", now Fawad isn't that, of course, Iam just saying... he is an amazing human, but in business he did stuff that alienated not only me but also a number of others.
The day I stormed out of office, THIRD(3d) TIME in 9 1/2 Years, was my last (3d) quitting, after previous day he pushed obsolete 1980's cr*p circuits onto me to design a Sequencer/Biaser for specific transitor.FET structures that would benefit from stopping bein self-biased, anyway, the circuits he unearyhed from ancient memory I fought against & he kept slapping on my back(spine) & then his brother pulled LAN Network cable from my work computer broke important/lengthy process... that was the last straw.
Funny how he always claimed people "were "fired"", but they QuIT, of course "Quit" is a terrible word when associated w/any such busienss, better say "I fired them", ohh no, you didNOT :) They fired you...
And yet again, it was such/life-altering Learnign experience, that I credit AmpliTech & its owner w/pushign forward my career... tho Years ther were slower than mere 6 MONTHs contract at L3 Miteq... at Miteq pace was BREATH-TAKING, I was learning gobbles & gobbles of engineering & human experience & interacted w/people who might even be callwd geniuses... there were several at Miteq, my boss there was a devastatingly smart & humane guy born in Pakistan... Both miteq & AmpliTech were historic stages in my life... Not to mention "feel-good" life outside work, on LongIsland NY... that ended w/Hurricane Sandy(?), subsequent mold, Lyme Ticks & displeasure w/rainy climate, besides profession, motivated me to move to south.California
God bless Fawad Maqbool, his bro Mick Maqbool, Shaf, & others... I wrote this today dueto stock plunged (to 52.week's low) today & NO I don't feel "so be it" b/c I no longer feel Disgruntlement. It's OK. I became older & mellower
