On June 23, 2020, Kevin J. Zugibe, Chairman
of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Hudson Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), passed away unexpectedly.
In accordance with the Company’s
bylaws and executive succession plan, Brian F. Coleman, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, will act as
Chairman of the Board and assume Mr. Zugibe’s executive responsibilities.
On June 24, 2020, the Company issued a
press release announcing the foregoing. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
