Mikkalya W. Murray Will Head Private Banking Group at Harleysville
National Corporation HARLEYSVILLE, Pa., May 18
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Walter E. Daller, Jr., President and CEO
of Harleysville National Corporation , and David E. Sparks,
President and CEO of Millennium Wealth Management and Private
Banking Group, announced today that Mikkalya W. Murray, currently
Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Credit Officer (CCO) of
HNC, will take on a new role as EVP and head of Private Banking.
Her responsibilities will commence as soon as her replacement is
found. In this new position, Murray will lead a team of Millennium
Wealth Management and Private Banking Group lenders and interact
directly with the Harleysville National Bank and Trust Company
commercial lenders to offer Private Banking services to corporate
executives and other individuals with complex banking needs. "I am

Banking Group. With our recent merger with Harleysville National
Corporation, and our Cumberland Advisors, Inc. subsidiary, we are
expanding our private banking services. Mikkalya's knowledge and

Sparks. Murray was a senior lender for Security National Bank when
HNC acquired it in 1994 and has over 25 years of experience in the
banking industry. During the ten years with HNC, she has been
responsible for all aspects of loan administration and credit
policy. She will continue to hold a seat on several HNC executive
committees. Murray holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kutztown
University. She has served on the Philadelphia Chapter board of
Risk Management Association (RMA), Philadelphia since 1990 and been
an associate since 1984. She was also past president of the
Philadelphia chapter, past national board member and served as
Chairman of the National Chapters and Membership Council of the
RMA. She has authored a book on reserve methodology and numerous
articles on lending and risk management. Murray has served on the
faculty of Stonier Graduate School of Banking, facilitating the
credit risk management for three years. She also served for three
years on the faculty of ABA's National Commercial Lending School,
facilitating the personal cash flow analysis program. Harleysville
