On August 12, 2019 , Jason Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the Company’s financial results for its second quarter ended June 28, 2019 . A copy of the Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
