Motorcar Parts of America to Launch Additional Braking-Related Products at Upcoming Trade Show

Motorcar Parts of America, Inc. (Nasdaq:MPAA) today announced the
expansion of its automotive aftermarket product offerings with the
planned introduction of a premium line of brake rotors and brake
pads at the upcoming AAPEX trade show in Las Vegas on October 30,
2018.
“The introduction of brake rotors and brake pads
complements our current braking system product offerings and is
consistent with our growth strategy within high-growth,
non-discretionary aftermarket categories,” said Selwyn Joffe,

Industry sources estimate the aftermarket size
today for the brake rotor category in the United States is
approximately $3.0 billion at the retail level. The brake pad
aftermarket size in United States is estimated to be more than $4.0
billion at retail.
