yep it's bloated but one of the last cheap space stock out there, if rest of the sector goes big this will follow

I didn't realize how much volume this was today compared to the year chart

Capital intensive field. Launching sats cost a lot, and profitability takes time. I'm sure in decades these sat conpanies will be very different.

Way too much overhead on these space plays in my opinion. Constant offerings and dilution.

Good company but not for investors
It’s a dog stock

This turned into a train wreck pretty quick.

I like SIDU and hold a portion but I’m not convinced yet it can hold a support base.

I’ve seen SIDU lose the support many times like it did last week.

I’m not buying into this dip, I’d rather buy into real support.
Again sorry I like the company and management but selling notes way below the SP is not good for investors IMO

Sidus Space, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIDU) (the "Company" or "Sidus"), an innovative, agile space mission enabler, today announced the closing of its brokered private placement offering with accredited and institutional investors for the issuance and sale of units consisting of shares of Class A common stock (each a "Common Share") (or pre-funded warrants (each a "Pre-funded Warrant") in lieu thereof) together with warrants (each a "Common Warrant") to purchase one-half of the number of Common Shares (or Pre-funded Warrants) of the Company at a price of $2.07 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $14.1 million, before deducting fees and offering expenses.
