PFS is one of the 5 accepted oncology endpoints for FDA approval. Challenge it all you want, but oncology drugs are repeatedly getting approved with PFS P3 endpoints.

Sounds like OTCM wants to do their own vetting process. But they already do for OTCIQ. This might pave the way for custodianship type tickers/transfer of ownership, making it easier to trade. Just my opinion.
