Wheeling Corrugating Company, an operating division of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation, manufactures fabricated steel products for the construction, agricultural and highway industries. James P. Bouchard, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer stated "Steve has elected to pursue other opportunities and we accept his decision.
