(NYSE: DDR) today announced that Daniel B.
Hurwitz and the Board of Directors have finalized a mutually
agreed upon separation agreement whereby Mr. Hurwitz will remain an
employee of the company until February 14,
2015; however, Mr. Hurwitz relinquishes his role as
CEO and Director of DDR Corp., effective December 31, 2014.
