MILWAUKEE, April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (NYSE:MI) (M&I) announced at its Annual Shareholders' Meeting that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on June 12, 2009, to common stock shareholders of record at the close of business on May 29, 2009. In addition, the following directors were re-elected: -- Dennis J.
